Japanese Seven Flavour Spice (shichimi togarashi): sancho (Szechuan pepper), white and black sesame seeds, nori (laver seaweed), chili, dried orange or tangerine peel, poppy seeds**

Thai Seven Spice: chili, ginger, black pepper, coriander seed, garlic, cumin, lemon peel***
